Amount raised busking last month

Many thanks to all those of you who supported our busking around Stafford last month for the Cancer Centres at Royal Stoke Hospital Stoke-on-Trent and County Hospital Stafford. The total amount raised was £544.72p which is a tremendous amount for such a worthy cause. Many thanks to all those who donated.

Hi there and welcome to my blog.

I live in the Midlands area of the UK and my hobby is playing the ukulele. It has given me so much pleasure, enjoyment and fun that I’d like to share my adventures with you. I’ll also include some stories about joining a group and performing in concerts.

A few years ago I noticed that there are many songs with American place names but there are fewer songs about places in the UK. So, I’ve been writing parodies of well-known songs but also giving them a local Stoke-on-Trent twist. I’ve also produced videos for each of these songs which can be viewed on YouTube. You can also listen to my songs on the various streaming services. I hope you enjoy watching the videos and/or listening to the songs.
