Success – I performed 75 songs in a musical medley

Success – yesterday I completed my musical challenge and using my ukulele I performed a medley of 75 songs in the Main Atrium at the Royal Stoke Hospital (Stoke-on-Trent). Here’s a photo of Carolyn O’Donovan, Radiotherapy Services Manager, presenting me with a trophy to mark my achievement. This means I can now claim to set an unofficial world record for the most songs performed live in a musical medley.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer three years ago and received a course of radiotherapy at Royal Stoke Hospital. It was successful, my PSA levels are now low and I wanted to arrange a fundraising event to support their wonderful work.
